I know the last twelve months have not been easy boys but you all know you can be great if you stick together and listen to your coaches if you have nowhere to go at the end of this season speak to me I can offer you a great club atmosphere great club house and tours at the end of the year your coaches and management will still keep control don't give up on rugby union if Orrell cannot give you want. you want . stay with them by all means if they carry on but if not give me a call and lets all get together again and keep rugby union ahead of league you are all to good to give up and split up now .IS THIS NOT ACTIVE POACHING OF PLAYERS.,by keith roberts on the u15s website

No it isnt poaching.
If you notice he says "IF you have NOWHERE TO GO then ring me"
he is just merely giving the players an option if there team falls through !!

No this is not poaching I reccomend that these players stick with Orrell whichever way it goes all I am saying is that if the Junior section has nowhere to go then don't go to rugby league stick together wherever until things are sorted I would love to see a new ground with the under 15s leading the way to a new orrell but they need to be kept in the sport for Orrell whatever it takes dont lose them to our major opposition in the area rugby league. The lads know me and know exactly what I mean if you don't believe me ask them It is me that is telling them all the time to stick with it perhaps if someone gave them proper information I wouldnt need to. I can assure you I am Orrell through and through and have been for the last seventeen years I have only moved on because what is happening has caused me a lot of grief over the past few years and once the politics dies down I will once again give my time to re building your great junior section I have put a long time in recruitment for Orrell and if observer does half as much then the junior section at Orrell will catch no harm but I bet he's another all talk and no volunteering to help

no quite simply this is not poaching keith has a brilliant relationship with all the lads and parents on our team at all and if you read the post correctly keith says by all means stay on with orrell if they continue all keith is doing is offering our team some stability if this club folds.it was a goodwill gesture and by no means player poaching.

great to see that Orrell can move forward and yours is the right attitude stick with him boys and work your way into the open age game playing rugby union at Orrell and good luck in the cup
