On behalf of the club I would like to thank all those volunteers who helped out last Saturday. Even though we were extremely depleted in numbers, we still managed to cover most things and did so very well.
I would also like to thank all the spectators both home and away for making it a great day for us all.
As you may all know, we had some children from the Cystic Fibrosis Trust down to watch the match and the feedback I received from Natalie from the Trust was that they had had a great day.
Thank you also to the people who brought along tins of food for the other charity we were collecting for.
Saturday just goes to show that despite the troubles we continue to encounter at Orrell, we are a long way from quitting and victory will be all the more sweeter when it comes.
Thanks again for your continued support,
Jon

Come on Orrell - What a turn around - so close!
As a plymouth Albion fan I want you to know that there is a lot of talk about Orrell in Division 1 forums, wanting Orrell to find its feet again.
Well last weekend seems to be showing signs and I wish you all the best - I look for your scores every week and I am willing that win for you.
Come on - we need you back with the big boys - Rotheram are giving us a hard time!!

;)Thanks albionace. It's good to know we haven't been forgotten by the rugby fraternity, and it does mean a lot.
We have had many good wishes from other clubs (not meaning to diminish your own) and all are much appreciated.
Rest assured that we will not give up without a real fight and the support of those such as your good self means a lot in keeping our spirits up.
