I just emailed the BBC - so we might get a mention on NorthWest Tonight if they think there's a story in it... I might pop in after work one evening and follow it up.
It was the Beeb that did that documentary a fair few years back - so they might be interested in doing a follow-up
And there's always Granada and Channel M - who might be interested.
I think Channel M do a programme about Sale Sharks.

Channel M came down to one of the home matches last season. I don't know if anything came of it but we made the guy feel welcome.
We need to give everything a go as we've nothing to lose...

I heard a discussion on radio Merseyside last week between Jason Leonard ( I thinks thats who it was ) and one of the radio presenters. He was talking about Orrell and the fond memories he had of playing here. When he played for Harlequins. Maybe radio Merseyside could be contacted, they have a rugby union slot on one of their evening shows and they always give out the scores. They seemed interested in the plight of the club at present.

Thanks for the Merseyside info U15sMum - I'll look into that too... and maybe follow up radio lancashire too.
I know the suggestion was for a documentary - but even if we just get some extra publicity it will help.

Do you think the rugby club show on sky would be intrested due to dewi morris?
I could email them see if they'd be intrested putting a mention on the show or even coming down showing off the great party were going to have.
I know of alot of interest in Liverpool and Ormskirk so I could contact the local papers such as the advertiser see if they'd like to do a write up about us.
