After what has been posted on here and been said to various people its clear the colts need to sort this out.
We have been trying last week to nail this down. However, for one reason or another it could not happen.
Now this Tuesday its vital that we make decisions. And they will be made.
The Juniors and Seniors have discussed these issues and know about them. It is extremely important that every single Junior Colt and Senior Colt (including those who maybe thinking of leaving, those who have left but still want to represent this great club) attend training on Tuesday night.
There are former coaches and managers willing to help us who are coming. Show them the respect they deserve and be present.
Show me, current coaches and managers the respect by being present.
Both Colts teams will be having a meeting before the training to sort this out. A decision will be made, it has to be.
If you might think some of the guys wont see this, tell them about it. Spread the word. Its only you, the players who can make success happen. We can only help. If you really want to be successful and go forward and drag the colts up from this position, do something about it.
