Volunteers needed for the Junior Section.
The Colts and Junior Section is running on the bear minimum of volunteers. Currently we have one person who is running 2 teams the U9’s and the U11’s she is also the manager for both of these teams, surely that can’t be right.
The U13’s have only 1 coach and a manager, unfortunately the coach can not make all matches as he as prior commitments (playing for Orrell’s Senior Colts).
This situation can’t go on for much longer. So I appeal to all parents and supporters of Orrell to come forwards and pledge your help, all help will be gratefully received.
If anyone is interested in helping please contact one of the Colts and Junior Section committee. Contact details should be on the official website shortly.

Is this request on the posters to go up in schools as well as calls for players??
You never know, that could produce something

Without wanting to sound over dramatic, the situation in the Minis and Juniors is getting critical.
In a few weeks time there won't be anyone to coach or manger either the U9s or the U11s.
The current coach has commitments outside rugby that mean they will no longer be available to coach on a Wednesday or help on Sundays. Ideally we need a coach and manager for each team.
The situation in the U13s is only slightly better. The current coach plays for the Senior Colts and so more often than not has a fixture clash on Sundays. This means there is no one to coach the team on match days. The team needs two more coaches to work along side the current one or another coach and a manager, so that the current manager can do some coaching.
If anyone would like to get involved then please contact one of the Colts and Junior Committee or better still come along to St John Rigby next Wednesday evening. Training is 6.30 to 8.00pm.
