If the Junior committe is doing all they can for the junior section can you explain why you have let all but one of the players who have played 1st team rugby this season leave the colts?
I know there is a huge problem at the colts but i never seen anyone try to stop the rot in the team.
No one supported the coach or the players i left due to the team turning into more of a joke as weeks went on one coach isnt good enough in the colts although he is the best coach at the club at colt level you need a back room team and they dont have that.
The senior colt team is the most important team in a junior section so i think the committe should start doing there job and sort the team out before the last remaining players leave remember this was the most successful team in the junior section for years and you have let all the players leave who all had the potential to play 1st team rugby in the future.

At the begining of the season we did have a backroom staff for the senior colts, we had two coaches and a manager, you would have to ask them why they have left it's not us disscus on the forum, the committe did try and keep these people but we can't make them stay with the team. The coach is still involed in the Junior section he helps out on Wednesday and is the CC for the club. As for the players, again we did try and keep the players, you don't always see what is being done on the inside. a lot of people are doing everything they can to keep this Colts & Junior section going. All teams are as important to us in the Junior Section.

i no there are 2 of the colts player letf just becouse of u an the way u spock to them so how have u done the most u can  |

I cannot believe what I am reading, in the past a lot of work went into keeping these guys together and it showed with the results at colts level. Now it seems they are dissillusioned with the club, surely on hearing your coach was leaving it was a matter of urgency to replace him this is the second colts tem that has been lost after being succesful yourself Janet and the exec are stating we need to build from the bottom up it seems we have no bottom as the minis are struggling and when it gets to the top they have no support would it not be worth going back to some of the guys from the past and asking them to return it is no good having first team people coaching under 15s on wednesday and having no-one for any ages after that. I really didnt think things were this bad why can we not concentrate on the teams we have instead of trying recruit in the wrong areas and age groups recruitment is important but stability and support is really what is needed ,You know my feelings the people involved need to sort this out or we will lose the only other team with a strong squad in future years .many of the senior colts could have moved into coaching why has this not happened

things need sorting its not the players fault for leaving or gregs he has been a great coach but there has been no support for the team this year and alot of pressure has been put on greg which is unfair.
This problem will keep happening year in year out unless something is done and put in place we were a close team like the 15s at there age right the way up to now we won more than anyother junior team and it has been allowed to fall.
i think the whole committe has to sit down and look at this mess sort it out or the club will once again lose more great talent to other clubs like myself and the rest of my team

ok i have recently posted a coment and would like to know who has taken it off if that is possible what happened to freedom of speach there was no swearing i was putting my veiws across to show what i and the team seem to think. and i would like to know wot was wrong with what was put
