Volunteers for the Historic game on 21st vs Morley

There are plans and ideas flying around about what we can do for the last game EVER at EHR. None of these are bad ideas, but equally none of these will work unless we have people to help carry them out.

Every home game I struggle to get enough help to do the bare minimum at the club. Please can you consider carefully if you can spare some time to help out at this last match.

Also remember that there are some volunteers who are fully paid up members, and who have yet to see a game this season (maybe they're lucky). Perhaps it would be fair for them to be able to watch the last one!

Please help out!

We need:

* People there early to help set up - about ten people there by 10 am.

* Two extra helpers on the Gate

* Two extra to help with car parking

* Two extra to help on the bar

* Three extra to help with the burgers

* Two on Teas/Coffees

We will also need some help removing all the Orrell club's belongings from the ground, either after the match, or on Sunday 22nd. I will post more about this nearer the time.

Please help this club leave it's old home with a bang (not a whimper) by contributing to the success of the last EVER Orrell Game at EHR.
