Anyone who wants to help out at the West park game please contact me asap. I am short of a few people this time and it could be a bit busier than normal.
Specific Needs...
* Helping with Tents at 10.30 am
* Teas and Coffees (if we get a new Urn)
* Cooking Burgers
* Selling Raffle Tickets
I will be enlisting as many of the Juniors as possible this evening - but I really need some more adults to help with certain things too.

You may be roped in to sell them Louis!! Martin will not be able to be there due to other commitments and the same goes for a number of our other regular volunteers. I have contacted most by 'phone and think all essential areas will be covered but we are going to be spread very thinly, especially if West Park bring a number of their own fans along. Help is needed from you and your mates and from anyone else who has not yet enjoyed the banter amongst the faithful.
I hope to be there at some time between 12.30 and 1.00 but will make it earlier if I can. For those who don't know me I look like either Father Christmas or Captain Birdseye, depending upon your preference. Find me and I'll find you a job.
1st prize in the raffle is a bottle of whisky which you could win for your dad - ahem!

Thanks all for your offers of help - and to Paul for covering my backside this weekend (not a pretty site).
Louis - if you get there early to help set up that will be great. I'll leave you to organise the crew for the scoreboard during the match.
Joe - Glad you an help set up. Haven't heard from Greg so might need you to do the announcing - but remember it's a family show!
If there are alot of people there then raffle will definitely need some help - so maybe one or two of the noisy U15s can help with that at half time - Angela will be the boss of that though so do what she tells yer.
Sorry i can't be around - hope it goes well!
