Most of you will know that Jon B has arranged visits by some of the Children supported by our local Charities to the game this weekend. We would like to make it as special an event as possible for them.
However, as usual, we are short of Volunteers to help out at the next match. Actually the situation is worse than usual, so if you can spare some time on Saturday it will be much appreciated.
The jobs that I particularly need help with are:
* Putting up the tents pre-match (arrive at the ground at 10.30 am) * Taking down tents post-match (stick around for up to 1 hour after the game) * Selling Tea and Coffee (usually busy during half time so need help then) * Selling Raffle tickets (before the game in the Station, and during half time)
None of these jobs will require that you miss any of the game (and we are looking forward to a win this weekend).
Thanks again in advance,
Martin

Many thanks to all those who helped out on Saturday. Despite our depleted numbers I believe it went well!
Your efforts are very much appreciated!
...And it was good to see Paul W back at EHR.
Hope you all have a great Christmas and are fully refreshed for the coldest part of the season next year...
Martin
