Volunteers for 25th November - Orrell vs Blaydon

Hi All,

Thanks again to all those that helped out at the last home game.

There are a few jobs that need doing for the next game and again I am asking for volunteers. Specifically:

1. Setting up the tents
We need approx 10 people to arrive at the ground at about 10.30 to help set up. This is not all heavy work and sometimes it is just a matter of holding a pole whilst we put it up.

2. Someone to help serve food/tea/coffee
We need a couple of extra Volunteers to help the existing team.

3. Taking down the tents.
We need 5 people to stay behind after the festivities to help clear away. This should not take long if we have enough hands.

4. Raffle ticket sellers
We need one or two people to help selling raffle tickets before the match and at half time.

If you will be helping on Saturday please either post here or send me an email so I know how many people I have.
