As we all decided that we need a new attitude for training on tuesday we as aside must do the following.
1 . Most of you purchased kooga training stuff the red/blue and black /red. and white shorts and blue or black kooga socks, we want to play as a team than we must train and look like one .most of us have the tracksuit jackets where them until we do contact . but try and where the kooga product ts ,shorts rugby shirts . There is no excuse not to where anything without kooga or orrell on it as we all have it..
2. be early to training get your rubs and warm up done and stretch, if guys can get from work and from the other side of manchester for 6.30 then others should not have problem.
3. bring your own juice ,water bottle etc then you will not die of thirst.
4. contact !!! tuesday seems to be contact night gum shield and pads needed so those prima-donners dont get hurt . and for those who hide in the tackling dont!!! 5. The 7 p's p**s poor practice produces p**s poor performance
