Though the scorline wouldn't imply it, I didn't think we had a bad game today. Again, it was the simple mistakes that cost us dearly - giving the ball away, avoiding the tackle...
If we can work on this and hopefully add a bit more strength and SIZE to the front row I honestly don't see us having a bad season.
Will be interesting to see how we fare against Macclesfield next week!

Hopefully we can learn from every game we play and with some consistency in the playing squad quickly improve our overall performance. We need to tidy up the simple errors of dropped ball and easy turnover and work harder on bringing down the opposition. On the plus side though, I thought we had speed on the outside. When they managed to break through, we never gave up the chase and mostly brought the man down before he reached the line. There's no doubt we've got a lot of work to do but I believe we have the right people in place to put in that hard work and turn things around. It's very early days but it's imperitive we get some positive results as early as possible in the season to avoid the struggle we had last season. So come on lads...keep the faith and I know the wins will come. I look forward to Saturday

remember everyone rome wasnt built in a day and i have 110% faith in chris if he says he will get us where we all want to be then i believe he will do it an i think the small section of fans who are doubting this season should also start believing in him and the team. i also think we should ALL start looking at the positives let chris and the players worry about the bad things coz there the people who WILL change it get behind the lads all the way
COME ON ORRELL
