Just a reminder that our first pre-season friendly is this Saturday, August 19th, at Edge Hall Road. Kick off is at 3pm so let's all get down and show the lads what immense support they have!  |

Please note that although the game will be played at EHR the clubhouse will not be available to us. All players, officials etc will be going to Orrell YM Cricket Club after the match and all are welcome to join them

will the clubhouse not be available for any games? At this point we still do not know I'm afraid. Maurice Lindsey is hell-bent on destroying us so the likelyhood is NO, but I for one am certainly going to do all I can to get somewhere (yep, I'm going to Mr Whelan's house tonight!) |

Regards the game on Saturday, are we to see the first choice 15 in action for the full 80 minutes? Or will there be constant swapping and changing of players throughout the game in order to give everyone a "run out"?

I believe that the game will be split into 4 quarters to give everyone a run out and try different combinations etc, which is what friendlies are for after all.
