fink we need split off and do sum forwards and backs trainin
we dnt need to do the fitness as it showed on sunday
so lets train hard and play hard on sunday !

ormskirk are gunna b tough they have had sum good and bad results they smashed birkenhead but lost to bowdon and they beat winnington by 1 point just like us so its guna b a pretty even match knowing ormskirk they are just guna have a bunch of forwards doing all the work so its guna b a tough game for our forwards again but most of the teams we have played have had awful backs so we know wer our strenghts are

its simple this week lads we need to not get caught up in the forwards and ship the ball out to the backs, hard work is key but i feel our forwards will be quicker across the pitch, it will be tough work but we proved we can do it on sunday, lets work on forwards defending against mauls this week, not fitness we all proved on sunday we are fit enough  |
